Ski & Snowboard Club Vail’s River Radamus finishes Top 30 at World Cup opener

Edwards ski racer and Ski & Snowboard Club Vail professional athlete River Radamus gained from a start around the world Cup opener on Sunday, splitting a Top 30 finish.Chris Dillmann|[email protected]!.?.! In the opening World Cup race of the season– a huge slalom in Soelden,
Radamus, 22, the boy of previous SSCV executive director Aldo, made his World Cup launching in 2017 at the Birds of Prey races at Beaver Creek. In 2018, Radamus scored his first World Cup points and in 2019, he completed 19th worldwide Cup finals super-g in Soldeu, Andorra. With an excellent start to the 2020-21 season, Radamus will seek to construct more experience, and scores, on the World Cup circuit this season.
